First DCA Cancer Trial Published
- Confirms DCA Kills Cancer in Humans

The first human clinical trial of DCA as a cancer treatment was published yesterday and has shown positive results, confirming the validity of our own observational DCA data.

We are reviewing the research and should have detailed comments on this website soon. What we know so far is that DCA was clearly effective in several patients with glioblastoma (one of the most aggressive brain cancers). Unfortunately, due to the very small number of patients who completed the trial, the scientific community will likely discount the trial as not statistically significant. It is unclear whether such a small trial will assist in approval of DCA as a cancer treatment, but we believe it is a very encouraging step towards use of less toxic targeted cancer therapies.
